Masks
At the Orange Traffic Light setting, and since this is a school, masks required indoors.
We will have some spare masks should yours malfunction during the day.
Developing Symptoms During Conference
If you get cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms, get tested immediately.
We will have a limited number of rapid antigen tests (RATs) available. You can also order a RAT online and pick up from your nearest collection point.

Testing Positive During Conference
Have a plan for what you need to do. If you cannot drive home (without an overnight stay), you will need to stay where you are for your isolation period.
If you are staying in boarding. You will need to obtain alternative accommodation.
We will assist you (where possible) to find accommodation, and to help you be comfortable and safe during your isolation.

Becoming a Household Contact During Conference
If you are a household contact of someone with COVID-19 you must isolate. More information on household contacts available on the Ministry of Healths COVID-19 page.
If you are staying in boarding. You will need to obtain alternative accommodation.

RAT Availability
We will have limited RATs available on site.
You can request free RATs online through the Ministry of Health.
These can be collected from various collect points. Find a collection point here.
Vaccine Passes
Some field trips may require Vaccine Passes. These will be communicated on the selection form.
Cancellation Date
A decision will be made on or before the 26th of August should we need to cancel the conference. However ConSTANZ is currently able to go ahead in all Traffic Light settings.
Traffic Light Settings
ConSTANZ can go ahead under any Traffic Light setting. However the onsite boarding facilities are only available under Orange and Green.
